Each and every prospective tenant must;

  1. Complete a detailed application.
  2. Meet income, rental or ownership history.
  3. Meet credit criteria.
  4. Pass a background check.
  5. The applicant’s employer will be contacted for additional confirmations.

Placing the wrong tenant can quickly cost you what you save by managing a property yourself. Every tenant’s application is evaluated based on credit, criminal background, sex offender registry (where allowed by law), employment verification and residency/rental history. Our thorough screening complies with all applicable laws, including the Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Once the screening process is complete, we share our findings and recommendations with you. The final decision to accept or reject a tenant is yours, we do all of the leg work without taking away your control of your property.

Once the decision is made on a qualified tenant we schedule the lease signing and a move-in condition assessment with the approved tenant.
